1821 Printing Press Charm

Our .75″ printing press charm commemorates the bicentennial of the first printing of the Hawaiian language on January 7, 1821 here at the Mission Houses.  Remember the missionaries and their challenge to create a written Hawaiian language to share the gospel with the people of Hawai’i with this charm.  The image is black on an antiqued silver background.
